As Daqing oilfield has entered into super high water cut period and the water drive fine exploration policy has been greatly changed, it is necessary to make intense adjustment of injection production structure and full play the optimization and cooperation role of variable measures to make sure each type of oil can be used evenly based on potential analysis of each adjustment by combining with suitable condition of each adjustment at present.A further exploration between thin-poor layer and thick layer can be realized by water driven based on the adjustment of interlayer and internal structure. Interlayer structure adjustment is mainly conducted through fine water injection and exploration by injection well and producing well separately, so that the oil layer can be used evenly. Internal structure adjustment is to reduce “Small layer number in the section and perforated thickness” by further subdivision of current water injection layer, in order to achieve effective exploration of the residue oil and thus improve the recovery efficiency of water driven. The current separation injection and testing technology is limited, which can not realize the demands of small interlayer, water injection with small chuck distance and measurement. At the same time, the increasing steps of excluder will result in excessive load of releasing force, which will further affect the subdivided water injection in the layer section.In this case, research on releasing separation injection technology with low load is carried out, which can meet the demands of exquisite stratified injection. This kind of technology is characterized by high efficiency, correctness and low cost. The maximum layer can be more than 7 sections, and the minimum chuck distance is only 1-3m. The average measurement for single well can be reduced from 7-8 days to 3-4 days, which can realize the integration of injected volume and intelligent measurement and thus effectively improve the correctness and measurement efficiency of tested material. Due to the small chuck distance between subdivision and water injection section, a small movement of injection string in different working condition may result in the failure of excluder and water injection. Therefore, it is necessary to make reasonable simplification and assumption, establish dynamic analysis model according to the practical working condition of injection string and requirement of dynamic analysis, so that find the detailed position of excluder with different depth, working condition and steps under the well and further provide guarantee for the success of water injection.As mentioned above, the technology researched in such paper has strong pertinence for the latest problems of oilfield. What’s important, the researched achievement has expanded application prospect in current or future development of oilfield due to its strong feasibility.
