With the continuous development of oilfield, the moisture content of produced liquid gradually increased, comprehensive water cut in daqing oilfield has reached more than 94%.Due to the application of downhole oil-water separation and reinjection well technology, high moisture content in oilfield exploitation, complexity of the ground reconstruction process and other problems have been solved well. In the entire process, downhole hydrocyclone plays a decisive role,but as the underground space is small, large energy loss, treatment is not effective, there are still some room for improvement on the question. By conventional cyclone as the foundation, this paper designed a new type structure of secondary hydrocyclone separator-integrated secondary hydrocyclone separator. It is a new type of cyclone that can complete secondary separation through one inlet. Thus a series of structure optimization for the structure, numerical simulation analysis have been conducted.From the simulation analysis, the optimal structure parameters are found, and separation characteristics of the structure is analyzed.First, the initial simulation of integration, integrated secondary hydrocyclone separator is carried out using computational dynamics software Fluent. Preliminary analysis is conducted on its internal tangential velocity, axial velocity, radial velocity and find out the deficiencies, improve the structure of the shortage point. In first orthogonal test, optimization and simulation analysis was performed for first stage overflow port diameter, secondary overflow diameter, underflow diameter. Secondly, on the basis of this were the second orthogonal test, mainly simulated and analyzed for a first stage overflow pipe length, the cylinder length, secondary overflow tube stretch length, secondary cone angle, underflow pipe length dimension of the structure. Through these tests, the optimal structure parameters are found.For the optimal structure of the integrated secondary hydrocyclone separator, the separation characteristic is analyzed.The influence of the structural parameters on the separation of the cyclone and the effect of the operating parameters on the separation performance are studied.Through simulation analysis, it can be further explained that the optimized integrated secondary hydrocyclone separator has good separation performance, and has some guidance for the future research.
