Hydrocyclone is a grading device that accelerates the settling of mineral particles by centrifugal force.It is simple in structure,small in occupied area,high in classification efficiency and large in volume.Therefore,it is widely applied to separate and remove heavier coarse-grained sediment from sewage.With the increasing complexity of sewage separation,how to optimize and custom the structural parameters of the hydrocyclone,make it adapt to a variety of working environment and improve its separation efficiency has become a growing concern of enterprises.In order to meet the needs of companies,for water,oil,aluminum particle three-phase coupling medium,the company requires separating the aluminum particles in the medium by the hydrocyclone firstly,and then through static filtrating by the oil removal box gets the supernatant to achieve the filtration effect.Because the working principle of the deoiling box is static filtration,the flow rate can not be too high,otherwise it will affect the filtration effect,so the outlet flow must be controlled to ensure the accuracy of filtration.According to the latest industry standard(JB/T 9035-1999),there is no fully fit model at present.In order to meet the company's requirements and ensure the accuracy of filtration,we need to optimize and analyze the structure and parameters of the existing hydrocyclone.According to the required working conditions,the requirements for the inlet and outlet flow of the hydrocyclone are made,and the hydrocyclone is optimized.The main contents of this research are as follows:(1)Model selection.The existing models of hydrocyclones on the market are initially selected according to working conditions,and models are established.(2)Numerical analysis.The flow field simulation of the existing hydrocyclone model is carried out.First,the model is meshed with ICEM CFD,and then the flow field is simulated with Fluent.The velocity distribution and particle distribution of the particles in the hydrocyclone are obtained,thus the optimization scheme is determined.(3)Establish the optimization scheme.The important parameters are analyzed,and the structural parameters are optimized,so as to achieve the most efficient operation state in the current environment and get the results that meet the requirements.(4)Design orthogonal test.Design 9 different situations and discuss,establish models separately,and divide them into grids.9 cases are simulated,and the velocity distribution cloud and the distribution of solid particles in the hydrocyclone are obtained.The separationefficiency is calculated and the best scheme is selected.(5)The optimization scheme is analyzed.The optimization scheme is verified,and it is confirmed that the optimized scheme meets the requirements of operation.After consulting the manufacturer,it is known that it can be manufactured and put into production line.
