In recent years with the rapid development of industry, more and more enterprises, factory to atmospheric emissions of excessive carbon dioxide, caused by global climate warming, the weather disturbance such as a series of serious problems, so the greenhouse effect caused the wide attention of the countries all over the world. Oil and gas gathering and transportation as the oil industry exploitation of one of the indispensable important link, low system efficiency, energy consumption and carbon emissions. Therefore, the study of gathering and transportation system of carbon dioxide emission calculation method, clear the main influencing factors, and then gives the reasonable measures to reduce emissions and to reduce gathering system energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions is of great significance.This paper for Yushulin Oil Field is twelve stations of the oil transfer station as an example, combined with the gathering and transportation system process, on carbon dioxide emissions calculation of boundary conditions and quantitative evaluation of the time period, the operation of the carbon and other factors are analyzed and the corresponding carbon dioxide emissions calculation model was established. Combined with the actual production data, the carbon dioxide emissions and carbon emissions of the station were calculated and analyzed from 2010 to 2012. The results showed that the carbon emissions, carbon emissions and other indirect carbon emissions of the station had little change, and carbon emissions were the main source of carbon emissions. On the basis of this, the operating efficiency of the main energy consumption equipment, heating furnace and the machine pump is evaluated, and the corresponding energy consumption evaluation index and energy saving scheme are given. Moreover, aiming at the oil transfer station to liquid are high temperature are analyzed, with production running cost minimum goal to establish the watering operation parameters optimization mathematical model, and gives the sequence quadratic programming method to solve.. The saving potential of carbon dioxide emissions is expected to be 0.131 tons of oil, total emissions decreased 2583.28 and the reduction rate is estimated to reach 59.5%...
