With the rapid development of the economic of China, energy consumption has been increasing dramatically while the available energy resources are limited. So we must improve energy efficiency and do a good job in saving energy. It is of great significance to solve the energy problems. Do energy saving job, it should be first to carry on energy analysis. Through the analysis of energy, ambient energy consuming, energy utilization level, energy saving potential and effect can be understood. It will provide dependable science gist for the technique reformation measure which purpose is energy conservation.Oilfield is a region that products and consumes energy, so it is necessary to save energy. The oilfield of Shengli is the second oilfield and consumes energy greatly. Now the oilfield has been in a period of post-production, so water content of crude oil is very high, the liquid recovery and sewage has been increasing greatly, and energy consumption increases year by year. Therefore, it is of great significance to analyze and evaluate the gathering and transportation system of Shengli. In view of this, the author analyzed and evaluated Gudongâ…¡station and Zhuangxi station for their different process flow. According to the energy flow chart and energy flow analysis, grasp the cause of main link and main device consuming energy greatly, give the reasonable subject.Two typical system energy-saving methods in petrochemical industry, namely three-link model and pinch technology, were used to analyze and evaluate energy consumption of oil and gas gathering and transmission system. First, establish the physical and mathematical model of "three links" about multi-purpose station and set up the evaluating indicators of three-link; Then, based on Gudongâ…¡station, evaluate its energy system adopting three-link, find the weak links and where the concrete reasons are, and then pick up reasonable measures for energy-saving; Finally, for the station with largest energy consumption and most complex process, we adopt pinch technology to analyze Zhuangxi station. Analyze the situation using energy of the central treating station from the overall situation, find unreasonable place of heat transfer network and identify the energy-saving potential. And then, under the premise of meeting the technological requirements of on-site, provide the guidance for the energy-saving of the central treating station.
