With the continuous development of two, three, four area in Tahe oil field, whom running parameters such as water content, throughput, pressure, etc has changed relatively, as a result, running condition of heating furnaces and pumps in the gathering system could not reach the optimal design working points, so those efficiency is greatly reduced. What's more, because of the internal situation of pipelines influenced by corrosion and formation of dirt, Its friction coefficient would be increased and efficiency decreased. Therefore, under the requirement of meeting the actual needs of production, it's meaningful to carry out the energy-saving research and efficiency test on two, three, four area of Tahe oilfield for improving efficiency, saving energy and reducing consumption in gathering and transforming system.At first, this paper has invested and analyzed the crude oil gathering and transportation system of the two,three and four district in Tahe oil field. The object of this investigation is the crude oil gathering and transportation system of the two, three and four district in Tahe oil field; the major contents are the technological process of every station of the crude oil gathering and transportation system, the basic parameters of the equipment and their relative operational circumstance; besides this paper has monitored the efficiency of the equipment of every station of the crude oil gathering and transportation system, which can provide the data fundament for the analyses of this paper.Secondly according to investigating on efficient computational methods and energy consumption mathematic model in crude oil gathering system,the oil gathering processing existing in Tahe oil field section 2-4, and the thermal energy balance analysis methods, the "Black box-Grey box" mathematic model which can estimate the energy consumption of gathering system has been build up. Associated with the specialties of subsystems, "Black Box" and "Gray Box" are chosen respectively to estimate the energy balance analyses by evaluating the energy balance of united station,transfer station and pipe system of oil system.Based on the theory fundament of the mathematic model and the efficiency calculation method, this paper has developed "the analyzing software of the gathering and transportation efficiency and energy consumption" by the WindowsXp development platform circumstance, the object-oriented procedure design method whose procedure is controlled by the signal and slot mechanism and the Access 2003 database technology. Then this paper calculates the practical example of the crude oil gathering and transportation system of the two, three and four district in Tahe oil field using the developed software, the results show that the software has relatively high reliability and realistic value and it can improve the working efficiency of the equipment.Based on the monitoring results of the crude oil gathering and transportation system of the two, three and four district in Tahe oil field, this paper has done a detailed study aiming to the influence factors of the equipment operational efficient of the crude oil gathering and transportation system. Combing the efficient testing analyzing results and the equipment of the crude oil gathering and transportation system, this paper has analyzed the efficiency influence factors of the equipment and every process of the gathering and transportation using the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process, furthermore this paper has succeed in finding those major factors which will have an impact on the operational efficiency,which can provide the true direction to enhance the efficiency of every equipment and system.Finally, for the main factors affecting the efficiency of the two, three, four districts of crude oil gathering system of Ta he Oilfield, this paper has proposed the energy-saving measures for improving the efficiency of all equipments and all the various aspects of system, for each account transfer stations and the furnace, pump of united station. On the basis of reducing monomer energy, this paper put the system as a whole, optimizing operating parameters according to the process, minimizing the system energy.
