| Jilin Oilfield has entered a post production with high water content, low product and costly energy consumption. In the same time, a serious scaling problem on the gathering and transporting equipment arises. It not only affects crude oil production but also dramatically reduces operation, and even oil safety. Due to the long-term of using water in Jilin Oilfield development, over time scaling problems can be without delayed, and varying degrees of scaling phenomenon repeated in the wells and gathering pipelines in the ground, even when the situation of fouling is the most serious,the oil wells were buried by the dirt, pipelines were fouling blocked, so the oil fouling problems must be targeted to solve, cannot use some of the indicators that are not cure methods, oil fouling problems need to find effective ways in a hurry. In order to achieving sustainable development of oilfield and reducing energy consumption, so it is necessary to optimize the transformation system of the entire gathering. And now, few research articles throughout optimize energy using and operation of the situation in the low-yielding oil field gathering system, it is necessary to find out major factors of inefficient in the entire gathering system, the high energy consumption and low income. By analyzing the reasons for the proposed energy saving measures to local conditions, and calculate potential energy savings through theoretical calculations to study the optimal operation of the program.Firstly, this paper studied the characteristics of produced water of gathering and transferring system in Jilin oilfield, and made a judgment of the water quality types. Then the scale sample has been carried on the qualitative and quantitative analysis on the composition of the scale sample. Thus, in view of the various components of scale sample, this paper analysed the change of various ion concentrations in water samples in different pH, temperature, time. Finally, through analyzing experiment data, this paper reasoned out the scaling mechanism of all kinds of scale and the corresponding descaling mechanism and measures, predicted the scaling trend of gathering and transferring system in Jilin oilfield.The results showed that all water samples are weakly alkaline, HCO3-, Ca2+ and Mg2+ ions are in large concentrations, at a certain temperature and pressure the water is likely to cause scaling. Most of the water samples are sodium bicarbonate type. Produced fluid contains sulfate reducing bacteria and saprophytes, essentially free of iron bacteria. Mixed with output water and produced water is not too strong corrosive, after adding agents to further reducing water samples for carbon steel corrosion rate. The elevated pH values will lead to transformation CO32- ions HCO3- ions to form CaCO3 and MgCO3 precipitation. At the same time, increasing the temperature and extending the time in favor of the conversion CO32-, HCO3- will promote the formation of CaCO3 and MgCO3 precipitation. And by scaling sample analysis showed that the scale-like main ingredient is silica, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, iron, etc. |
