In this dissertation, based on the curing temperature-measuring technology for technical support, to study temperature variation and the degree of cure of each part of the tire under the condition of two kinds of vulcanization process(nitrogen discharge condensate and the nitrogen not discharge condensate), and the indoor tests of finished tire were performed.According to the calculated equivalent vulcanization time,there were laboratory physical simulation experiments for the rubber compounds which were easy to return to the original.At the same time, the vulcanization system was designed optimally for the material easy to revert by using the method of orthogonal test.The research results showed:there was difference in temperature between mould and die under two kinds of vulcanization process,and the difference in temperature was big under vulcanization process of nitrogen not discharge condensate.The entire tires existed the phenomenon of overcure under both kinds of vulcanization process, and the level of sulfur of different parts was not the same, and after curing effect was very obvious in the whole process of vulcanization. The level of sulfur of vulcanization process which of nitrogen discharge condensate was low, the undertread and steel-cord ply were most serious among different parts of tire.By DSC(for example,apex and steel-cord ply), it was verified the degree of vulcanization of two vulcanization process. It was concluded that the degree of vulcanization in vulcanization process of nitrogen discharge condensate was less than under vulcanization process of nitrogen not discharge condensate.There were tests of finished tire performance, including high-speed test, tire beadunseating test and tire strength test, the performance of nitrogen discharge condensate in a vulcanization process was good.In laboratory simulation experiments:through the analysis of the RPA variable temperature (using undertread and steel-cord ply as an example), the extent of overcure of nitrogen discharge condensate was less than the nitrogen not discharge condensate in a vulcanization process.Physical property test results showed that, the greater the degree of vulcanization, the greater the degree of physical and mechanical properties of the vulcanizates decreased.The small change of undertread’s vulcanization system was carried out through the orthogonal test method,through the analysis of curing characteristics by using orthogonal design-direct analysis,moreover based on the physical property tests of the different rubber formulas.The results showed that when the load of CZ was 1.4 parts and the load of IS-7020 was 4.5 parts, the curing characteristics of rubber compounds conformed the purpose of formulation optimization.
