Adhesive tape sticking device is a paste mechanism applied to cylindrical paper packaging sealing machine, in the noodles paper packaging process, can realize the automatic paste on the head, in order to complete the sealing process of paper packaging vermicelli. At present, the domestic paper packaging vermicelli sealing are mostly used in manual operation, but the artificial sealing need long-time operation,the effect is uneven, and also increase the cost of labor. Although the application of mechanical sealing machine grown in the market, but there are still a lot of defects and the head is not very stable.This paper in view of the existing problems,improved the design and has carried on the analysis and research, mainly has following several aspects:Firstly, according to the project requirements,design and research impact on smaller and stable movement link mechanism, determined the equation of motion and the motion trajectory of the mechanism on less impact conditions; based on the analytic method of planar four bar mechanism movement analysis,set up the velocity equation and acceleration equation and the position equation of the tape mechanism; based on dynamic-static analysis set up the force equation and the torque equation of the tape device mechanism; based on kinematics and mechanics analysis design 3D model of tape device.Secondly, according to the tape device equation of motion, using Solidworks software get the device simulation and animation work-flow;based on the dynamic-statics equation,by using Solidworks software, analysis instantaneous position, velocity, angular velocity, angular acceleration motion curve of connecting rod mechanism in tape adhesive, results show that, the rod movement smoothing device for the impact, and theoretical design.Thirdly, according to the motion characteristics of the adhesive tape roller, through dynamics simulation result of contact stress curve, analysis of the causes of the contact stress distribution in the process of rotation is the rotation speed not stable, low gravity, sudden dynamic variation; according to the tape device acceleration equation, obtains the contact adhesive tape device on the surface of the paste position of mechanism stress, and the establishment of conditions,created conditions for the strength design of the connecting rod device;Fourthly, finite element method is adopted to analyze the structure static analysis of connecting rod and other important components,resulted the stress strain nephogram of connecting rod and the adhesive tape roller; passed the strength check, verified the connecting rod and the tape roll strength meet the work requirement.
