This paper carries out environmental impact assessment on wetland protection and restoration projects of Anhui Shilong-Lake national wetland park construction project systematically, it is postponed on environmental impact assessment theory.(1)The investigation results of environmental quality status show that the regional atmospheric environmental quality is good, which accords with the two standard of environmental quality standard for air. Water environment monitoring indicators of Shilong-lake meets the Ⅳ class standard of environmental quality standard for surface water. Regional noise meets the two standard of environmental quality standard for noise.The soil pollutantion content meets the one standard of environmental quality standard for soil.(2)The pollution caused by dust, mechanical waste gas, operation noise, waste water and solid waste pollution during construction period is predicted. It shows that the pollution effect can prevent effectively by taking some effective measures.Effect of construction on the environment during construction period is all over with the end of the construction.(3) The project operation will produce a small amount of domestic sewage, which can be unified collected regularly and treated by artificial wetland sewage treatment station, then the effluent meets the first grade standard of integrated wastewater discharge standard and uses for greening irrigation. The main atmospheric pollutant emission is a small amount of automobile exhaust,exhaust gas has little effect because of flat area which helped particulate matter to disperse.The noise source has no effect on the lives of the residents by strengthening the import vehicle management. Domestic garbagea has no ignificant impact on the surrounding environment by unified collection and treated with environment authorities.(4) The ecological environmental quality assessment results show the item can improve negative oxygen ion concentration significantly in the park during project operation, promote the improvement of regional environmental quality, regulate regional climate, increase of species diversity and plant species. Ecological adaptability of construction item is more appropriate as a whole.(5)The landscape impact assessment results show that the wetland is the landscape matrix of park,dry land and forest land comes next. The smallest area is construction land. Average patch area of wetland and dry land are larger, their fragmentation degree is higher. Human disturbance and landscape has larger resolution. As a whole, the pake have reasonable plant disposition and complete ecological system, the space of Waterfront landscape water environment is better, the overall landscape effect is good.(6)Public participation in the survey results show that 99.2% of the individual support the project construction,there is no supporter.All the investigated unit support the project construction.(7)The article studies location rationality and construction feasibility of project area. It suggests construction unit cancel to build retaining dam and cofferdam impoundment, in order to increase negative effect. This item is ecological environmental protection project, it won’t produce more environmental pollution and ecological destruction. As long as construction unit strengthens management, does scientific planning and design, carries out three-simultaneity administrative regulations conscientiously, takes effective measures to protect the environment. The development and construction of project will has significant adverse effects on local environment quality.In basically, from a point of environmental protection view, the wetland protection and restoration projects construction of Anhui Shilong-Lake national wetland park is technically feasible.
