| As the city and surrounding areas between land and water lots of seasonal or perennial water, Urban wetland has some unique ecological characteristics.It is the most diverse urban ecosystems components, and plays important functional benefit in the city. At present, China’s urban wetland conservation status is not optimistic. Studies suggest that formulating comprehensive urban wetland resources investigation and protection planning is the base of Urban wetlands’ scientific protection.This study defines the concept and scope of urban wetlands, summarizes the major functions and features of urban wetland, analysis the current main problems facing with China’s urban wetland. This study thinks that the formulation of urban wetland protection planning will provide a scientific theoretical guidance to the repairing of the current status of urban ecosystem destruction,and it is an important safeguard of urban wetland conservation measures’implementation.With a large number of documents and access to relevant policies and regulations,then summarized and analyzed the current domestic use of wetlands survey methodology, proposed specific methods of China’s inland cities wetland resources investigation. Survey is divided into two ways,urban wetlands overall survey and key urban wetland survey.And the main survey is divided into urban wetland biological resources survey and non-living resources survey. By analysis of the survey results,find out the contradictions roots of urban wetland protection and urban development process at the present stage.And combine with transverse theoretical reference method, explore how to protect and utilize the urban wetlands, develop reasonable and sustainable specific methods and planning content of the protection planning.Taking Lu’an as an example,using the investigation methods for urban wetland resources that this research summary to Investigate Lu’an City within the wetland resources. And through correlation analysis of survey results,develop Lu’an City Wetland Planning, in order to verify the results of scientific research and feasibility. |
