Research For Minerals Resources Plan Of Henan Province

The mineral resources are one of key facts in the developing regional and national economy. However, many types of mineral resources have been widely used because of the high increasing ratio of economy in recent years, which led to the degree-descent of resources can be used. This would be a important problem which restricts the sustainable development of national economy. So, it is very important for us to intensify the management for the reconnaissance and develop of mineral resources, of which the planning is a precondition. The planning for mineral resources, which can not be seen in another countries, is a special one in all the planning of land and resources. It is necessary, although maybe very difficult, to do the research on the methods and theories in planning the mineral resources.Something about the research history and problems of the planning of mineral resources, have been introduced in the article. Otherwise, we also overview some planning experience in some countries with different economic systems. In our work, we analysis logic process used in planning regional mineral resources, basing on researched objects and related rules. We also analysised different theories and their applications basing on their natural and economic features, such as the regional mineralization theory, market economy theory, exterior and market-disabled theory, industry gather theory, geographical division theory. In this work, we have made a theory and method system for planning regional mineral resources.According to the theory and method system made above, we have done some demonstrated analyses. First of all, we analysised the situation of reconnaissance, develop for resources in Henan province. Then, make the orientation of the situation of them basing on the analyses of the national and foreign mineral situation in the background of Market-economic competition. The last, after the work as the overview of pre-work and materials, the analyses of regional mineralized background in Henan province, and the demanding-forecasting to mineral resources by "10-1-5" Plan of Henan province, we start our researches on the planning of reconnaissancing, developing and protecting mineral resources in "10-1-5" Plan.Then, after the whole researches introduced above, we will begin the program and arrangement of the work of reconnaissancing, developing and protecting during "10-1-5" stage.
