Based on the feature of β-cyclodextrin can inclusion drug, this thesis take magnetic polyester fabric as matrix, grafted β-cyclodextrin onto the magnetic polyester fabric, to obtain a modified drug fabric. Drug inclusion on the modified polyester fabric and take medicine in vitro human. It is a facile and flexible approach that to treat human skin diseases.First magnetic fabric should be prepared, for hydrothermal synthesis of nano Fe3O4 polyester fabric in situ growth process was optimized, and then chemically modified Fe3O4 nanoparticles, modification of amino groups in surface. Secondlyβ-cyclodextrin chemical modification and drug inclusion testing had been done,β-cyclodextrin surface modified carboxyl group. The selected drug is menthol. Thenβ-cyclodextrin graft onto the magnetic fabric, testing polyester fabric of the drug inclusion and the drug’s release properties. Finally, by means of X-ray diffraction、infrared spectroscopy、scanning electron microscopy and X-ray energy spectrum and other tools to analyze and characterize the morphology of the drug polyester fabric,chemical structure and composition of the components. Test results show that:1.Menthol can be wrapped in β-cyclodextrin cave of polyester fabric stably, and the menthol can release slowly.2.Because of Polyester fabric having the magnetic property, drug’s release can be controlled by controlling the external magnetic field strength.3.This polyester fabric has reuse value. When drug releasing out, we can continue inclusion the drug.
