Full hydraulic drilling machine has many advantages: compact structure and smooth transmission, and easy to realize stepless variable speed. It has been widely used in engineering construction, geological prospecting, gas drainage, and other fields. At present, most hydraulic drilling rig adopts the traditional hydraulic control way which is made up of quantitative pump and overflow valve, this control mode is simple, but can’t meet the need of modern production for low energy efficiency, safety performance and work efficiency. So it has a very important to improve the work efficiency and the automation level, reduce the accident rate of hydraulic drilling rig. This paper introduces the load sensitive control technology and PLC automatic control technology to improving the performance of full hydraulic drilling rig.Based on analysis of the traditional control mode of fully hydraulic drilling rig, this paper researched the use of sensitive technology and automatic control technology in the hydraulic drilling rig, designed the load sensitive hydraulic system and PLC automatic control system for ZDY540 type of fully hydraulic drilling rig, then made theoretical analysis and computer simulation analysis for these systems. Based on these studies, fuzzy immune adaptive algorithm was applied to load sensitive hydraulic system of drilling rig, and designed fuzzy immune adaptive PID controller which was used in the pressure control system of the rig. Fuzzy immune adaptive PID controller was analyzed with the Matlab/Simulink simulation model, the results show that the algorithm has a great effect for improving system control performance. Finally, a laboratory experimental platform was built, and experimental results show the advantages of load sensitive intelligent control system of full hydraulic drilling rig.Through the theoretical and experimental research in this paper, the feasibility of load sensitive control technology and PLC automatic control technology which were applied in fully hydraulic drill is verified. These studies provide a theoretical guidance for realizing the automation and intelligent of full hydraulic drilling rig.
