As an important energy material,petroleum plays an important role in people's daily life.As a kind of non-renewable energy,with the decrease of its reserves,the exploitation scope of people has begun to expand to the mainland and the deep and the ocean,which also promotes the new development of oil drilling equipment.With the hydraulic technology is more applied to the oil rig,full hydraulic top drive drilling rig has become the mainstream trend of the development of drilling equipment.However,due to the fact that the top drive technology is still unable to realize fully automated drilling,the automatic drilling system is an important part of the fully automated automation of oil drilling rigs and is extremely important for the full-scale development of oil drilling rigs.The use of automatic drilling technology can not only liberate the driller,but it is also more safe and reliable,with better drilling quality and higher drilling efficiency.So this paper takes the 7000 m full hydraulic top drive drilling rig as the research object,and makes a preliminary study on its working principle,the main hydraulic circuit of the top drive and the automatic drilling system.After researching the development process and control algorithm of the automatic drilling system,the three-loop control strategy and its control algorithm of the automatic drilling system for the full hydraulic top drive drilling rig are preliminarily designed.The key part is the simulation study of the drilling pressure control loop.In simulation,we use PID control,fuzzy control and fuzzy adaptive control to study the drilling ring.The simulation results show that: The PID control system has a large oscillation in the initial stage of the adjustment,and it takes about 2.1s to reach the steady state,but the system has no steady-state error.When the fuzzy control is used,the system can adjust quickly and only needs 0.28 s to reach the steady state,but the system has a stable error of about 2.5%.Finally,fuzzy adaptive control is used to optimize the problems in the first two control methods.The simulation results show that when the fuzzy adaptive controller is adopted,the system adjustment time is about 0.6s,which is reduced by about 1.5s compared with the PID controller.The steady-state error of the pressure is within [ ]-0.3,+0.3 t,about 1.43%,which is about 1% less than that of the fuzzy controller.And the performance of all aspects of the drilling pressure control system has been greatly improved,and it has a certain technical reference value for the study of the automatic drilling and drilling pressure control system of the subsequent full hydraulic top drive drilling rig.
