Comparative Analysis Of Domestic And International Green Tea Standards And Green Tea Standard Amendments Of China

Green tea is an important traditional drinking in China, has a long history. Quality and safety of green tea is closely related to the health of consumers. Standards are important means and basis to control the quality of green tea. Therefore, the studies of green tea standards is very necessary, for control the production and improve the green tea quality, and also for protect the health of consumers. This study deeply and systematically compared various indicators of green tea national standards, green food standards, ISO standards,CAC standards and some developed countries standards,to study and discuss the scientific and necessity of technical indicators set and its limits. Simultaneously, give comments and suggestions for the amendment of national green tea standards, and also give reference for the amendment of other tea-related products standards. The main results are as follows:(1)Through the comparison between national green tea standard and green food tea standard, green food tea standard is less than national green tea standard in quantity,bur it is stricter in MRLs,so it is difficult to determine that green food tea standard is stricter than the national green tea standard. And it is also difficult to determine that green food tea is safer than national green tea.(2) Through the comparison between national green tea standard and ISO green tea standard, there have 2 terms that reflects the focus of the standards formulate are quite different, ISO standard is more emphasis on the special substances that green tea contains, It is worth learning for the amendment of national green tea standard.(3) Through the comparison between national green tea standard old and new versions, the new version make the single standard into series standards, structural change is huge, and very prospectively. However, as many important parts of the series standards is missing, leading to many difficulties in actual use, so it should be complemented as soon as possible.(4) Through the comparison of MRLs for pesticides between national green tea standard and CAC, EU, Japan, USA standard, China standard at the international medium level. It should continue to improve the international common set of indicators, and to take various measures to reduce the pesticides residue levels of green tea, to enhance the quality and safety levels of green tea.(5)Give comments and suggestions for the amendment of national green tea standards from the aspects such as overall structure improve, parts complementary, chemical indicators set and health indicators set. And also give suggestions for the construction of green tea standard system.
