The Standard Comparison Of Suzhou Embroidery And Analysis Of The Factors Affecting The Quality Of Embroidery

With the improvement of people's material living standard,Suzhou embroidery products are widely popular for their "fine,delicate,elegant and clean" style.However,in the process of industrialization,traditional handicrafts such as Suzhou embroidery inevitably face various difficulties due to the lack of unified norms and standards.In order to ensure healthy development of Suzhou embroidery market and the quality of Suzhou embroidery products,it is necessary to standardize the industry and improve the content of Suzhou embroidery standards.Therefore,this thesis compares and analyzes the testing indexes and requirements of various embroidery standards,and explores the factors affecting the quality of Suzhou embroidery products,and then selects the friction resistance and creep performance of Suzhou embroidery base material as the key research objects,and explores the testing methods and influencing factors,so as to analyze and evaluate the quality of Suzhou embroidery products from these two aspects.The main contents are as follows:(1)Suzhou embroidery standards show that the indexes of quality assessment of Suzhou embroidery products have been relatively comprehensive,but there are still unreasonable indexes such as water resistance,soap resistance,perspiration resistance and color fastness to dry cleaning,and there are missing indexes such as breaking strength of embroidery thread and friction resistance of Suzhou embroidery products,while the creep elongation test method of Su embroidery base material is unreasonable.(2)Suzhou embroidery ornamental products have higher requirements for light damage resistance,especially light fastness,due to their ornamental properties,while Suzhou embroidery actual products require better friction resistance,light resistance,washing resistance,ironing resistance and resistance to external force.(3)The embroidery samples with different stitches,stitch lengths and filament splitting fineness were tested and analyzed,and it was found that the surface shape of the embroideries with different stitches varied after rubbing,and the shorter the stitch length and the fewer the number of filament splitting,the better the rubbing resistance of the embroideries.(4)After the investigation of the creep performance test method of the backing material,it was concluded that the overall test method was more suitable after changing the experimental parameters to 25 mm specimen width,300 mm clamping spacing,7 c N/mm pre-tension and 32.5N load.After analyzing the factors affecting the creep performance of the substrate,it is obtained that the smaller the fabric warp density and the fewer the interweaving points of the fabric structure,the easier it is to produce creep elongation.
