China is Apple’s largest producer.Apple products such as the concentration of Apple Juice export world each country. Apple and apple juice standard as a measure of product quality standards, with the benchmark role in the apple processing field. Because both at home and abroad on apple and apple juice quality and safety requirements are different,resulting in various apple and apple juice standard items and the limited requirements are not the same, and the current domestic of apple and apple juice standard is not systematic and in-depth analysis and comparative study. This study will be the content of apple and apple juice standards and CAC standards related to the quality index and safety index analysis, detailed comparison and find out the differences, and put forward opinions and suggestions on the current domestic standards of apple and apple juice, to provide help for the revision of national food safety standards and the integration of apple juice and amendment the relevant standards. The conclusions are as follows:(1) By comparing Apple’s national standards, green food standards and local standards,it is difficult to determine the local standards and the standards of the green food is more stringent than the national standards. Therefore can not reflect the local standards and green food standards should have the security advantages.Through the comparison of China’s apple nation standard and CAC standard apple can be seen, China national standards in the standard requirements strictly in the CAC standards, but in product health claims and CAC standards there is a gap, that CAC standard pay more attention to the consumer oriented products in the terminal requirements, in the revision of the national standard can learn a lesson.(2) Through the apple juice national standards, trade standards and green food standards comparison can be seen, commercial standards require the broadest, because involves the index to detect the difference is large, it is difficult to determine the strict national standards of green food standards. So it can’t be concluded whether the green food is safer or not.Through the comparison of the national standard of apple juice and CAC, the CAC standard has no obvious advantages compared with the national standard of China.. CAC standards focus on the detection of food additives and processing assistants, in the revisednational standards is worth learning.(3) the current apple and apple juice national standards exist many defects and deficiencies, reference standard file cover is not comprehensive enough, the applicability of the new national standard and advanced sex, suggested the integration and revision of China’s current apple and apple juice, and the standard, supplementary section detection and the requirement of a tolerance, with improveing the degree of international standards.
