Automatic hard capsule filling machine,as a kind of typical pharmaceutical machine, is widely used in medicine enterprises. The machine can among the automatic transfer of capsule and sow sac, filling, press fit working procedure such as machine fits in looping. Thus, movement precision and institutions are very high, the relationship between the kinematic and dynamic characteristics related to the whole machine working performance play. Based on the traditional design method has outpaced the market development demand, must adopt a new product design method, the virtual prototype technology, digital product development ways, which can replace physical prototype development and testing, reduced the cost and shorten the time. Therefore, virtual prototype technology is widely used in engineering field. In this paper, we use the virtual prototype technology on automatic hard capsule filling machine for simulation.In this paper, the main research works are:(1) Based on a large number of literature materials, I have a comprehensive review Capsule hard filling machine including the main research content, the domestic and foreign research situation and development trend, and illustrate the importance and significance of the research.(2) Based on NJP2400capsule filling machine structure model of a enterprise in DanDong,The structure is improved, and make the new design of the NJP4000(filling speed4,000grain per min) capsule filling machine type. Then,based on Pro/E the modle of NJP4000type filling machine for the main transmission system, sowing capsule institutions, capsule conveying indexing institutions and filling institutions are built, virtual assembly and interference detection to the whole machine, In order to verify the design of rationality of the NJP4000filling machine structure.(3) In this paper, it uses Pro/E and ADAMS interface software Mech/Pro to add restrictions on the prototype model, Then imports it to the virtual prototyping model of capsule filling machine established in ADAMS and makes a analysis on kinematics and dynamics about The capsule filling machine,then we can get each key components movement characteristic curve and change, Finally had a simulation analysis on the machine, Draw in different time filling process time cooperate and main components and institutions if an interference, In order to test the feasibility of machine design.(4) Used the finite element analysis method, it makes a analysis of transmission system of capsule filling machine the mainshaft unit static and modal. Because of driving spindle in filling process plays a very important role, its deformation and vibration of filling process will have an influence on filling process. So, the finite element analysis of spindle is necessary. Based on the analysis of the virtual prototype of the above results, and the results as a condition in ANSYS analysis, Draw the corresponding stress and displacement deformation, And to the axis of modal analysis, it can provide the basis for the structure design of shaft.
