In this paper, the robot palletizing sling of beer filling production line is considered as the research object, in-depth analysis of beer filling production line process and palletizing needs of the modern market, based on the analysis of robot palletizing sling research to establish the palletizing robot sling design scheme, and to carry out detailed structure design of the selected scheme, at the same time using the knowledge of Finite Element for static analysis, modal analysis and dynamic analysis of the robot palletizing spreader. Finally, using the SCM to realize the whole palletizing spreader circuit controlling.Firstly, according to the market demand for packing product line, carries on the demand analysis to the palletizing sling of beer filling line, including beer packaging forms, palletizing form, stacking weight, combined with the knowledge of mechanical product scheme design, proposed many suitable design schemes for palletizing sling of modern beer filling line, the advantages and disadvantages of various design schemes are compared and selected the final solution.Secondly, carries on the detailed structural design of the selected design, including the design of main girder, the side panel design, rolling roller structure design, pressure plate box design, the side clamping mechanism design, side clamping pneumatic circuit design and auxiliary device design, and using theories to check the related structure design, finally getting the assembly drawing of whole palletizing sling.Thirdly, using the finite element technique to palletizing sling for overall static analysis and modal analysis and dynamic analysis. According to the analysis results of palletizing sling to improve the structure, comparison of results to get the optimal structure.Finally, according to the actual work of beer filling line robot palletizing spreader, design the control system of the sling, control system is divided into hardware design, software design and the emergency control circuit design, eventually come to meet the requirements of production line.
