With the continuous expansion of oilfield production scale and the deepening development level, in the water flooding process, the use of tertiary recovery measures causes some casing damaging, which will has a negative influence on the actual oilfield production processes. At the later stage of reservoir development, the original formation pressure will redistribute and the pressure system will become further complicated, the casing will be damaged dramatically. Only by re-recognizing the formation pressure system at the later stage of reservoir development, continually improving the reservoir development progress, can we avoid the occurrence of casing damage and reduce the losses result in casing damage in the process of oilfield development as much as possible. The paper through collecting, collating typical geological data and development performance data of block Xing-13 establish three-dimensional geological model and numerical model. Do history matching for the numerical model established. In order to improve the quality of fit, the method of virtual well control and water classification fitting are used in the process of history matching. By analyzing the fitting result, a comprehensive description of the remaining oil distribution can be acquired. On the basis, streamline numerical model of casing damage well groups is established to analyze the impact of casing damage wells without channel on the flow field and stress field, on the basis, layer cross flow caused by casing damage is researched qualitatively and quantitatively, comprehensive judging method also is used for evaluating the scale of cross flow. By design different schemes, focus on optimizing the injection-production system and improving reservoir waterflood sweep efficiency, the simulation results could be a reference for the remain oil development.
