The Research On Optimizing Design Of Directional Wellbore Trajectory

Directional drilling is one of the important means in the development of oil drilling,is a design target and head in a plumb line well. Main factors affecting the well trajectory drilling geological characteristics, BHA structure, geometry, well trajectory drilling parameters. Well trajectory is the interaction of these factors results, construction difficulty is big, many factors can cause the clock drilling trajectory will deviate from the actual wellbore trajectory.In this paper, in order to meet the requirements of drilling engineering, considering the subsequent operation mechanical production equipment and energy saving problem, optimization of wellbore trajectory profile types; optimization of different depth and different horizontal directional well of reasonable limits- vertical and horizontal displacement, the design of directional well trajectory in the; under the condition of three-dimensional trajectory, operation pipe string downhole tool string in casing of straight and curve through the critical condition, guide the operation pipe string string configuration design, to ensure the construction safety of string operations.According to the characteristics of different types of directed Ii Mi profile, a computer simulation method of the performance parameters of lifting system of pumping oil machine; considering the drilling cost, the lifting system parameters and operating cost performance index, optimization of well profile optimization of different types, and different horizontal displacement vertical depth directional well made reasonable limits- vertical depth and level displacement. According to the concrete structure on actual well trajectory and the tool of operation pipe string in casing string stress and deformation rules, establish the tool string in casing of straight and curve through the limits of the mechanical analysis method.This paper established the downhole tool string in the three-dimensional borehole bending by line and the calculation model of critical length, different specifications of the downhole tools is given by the critical length of straight and curve. And set the model of monolithic column.
