With the progress of “well factory” drilling,using “well factory” to develop oil and gas fields has become the consensus of petroleum engineers.Wellbore trajectory optimization design and platform overall optimization design are the key technologies in “well factory” drilling.This paper has done the following work: three-dimensional well trajectory optimization design,drilling platform position optimization,platform well optimization design,well group anti-collision scanning and anti-barrier design.Firstly,depending on summing up previous experiences,this paper based on optimization theory,the model regards the minmum length of trajectory as its objective function,in which main factors affecting trajectory design are considered,in order to inclination,azimuth angle,TVD of the key point as the design variables,with KOP,build up rate,formation conditions,boundary conditions as constraint conditions,such a three-dimensional trajectory optimization design model is established.Using SQP algorithm to solve the design model,and verifing to be rational and accurate by example calculate.Secondly,with the minmum horizontal displacement and the shortest drilling well depth as the optimization index,a “well factory” platform location optimization model is established.Aiming at the requirements and difficulties of platform well deployment,the platform well deployment optimization method and platform well trajectory optimization method are given.This paper analyzes the anti-collision scanning method with error analysis,and gives the principle of how to choose the anti-collision scanning method in trajectory design process.Finally,using C# language compile the borehole trajectory optimization design software,input constraint condition,a feasible wellbore trajectory will be designed out.It is proved to be rational by practical calculation.The software can calculate accurately and quickly,and can be used for drilling technical personnel's auxiliary tool.
