Environmental noise data analysis and graphical processing technology play an important role in the aspect of noise control and governance. This topic environmental noise data analysis and 3 D graphical representation algorithm research, it comes from natural science fund project Heilongjiang province " The method research about distributed environment noise automatic monitoring based on virtual instrument technology "(project number: F201227). The main task is to collect, classify, storage the data of various noise monitoring system, and then analysis process of feature extraction according to the data,lastly,the noise data of graphical representation.The environmental noise data analysis and graphical representation theory is the basis research content, firstly,this paper analyzes the Map Objects in Arc GIS platform and Arc Gl S Engine development tools and Arc Objects components function; Second, we analysis of the environmental noise data source, expound the noise mechanism of database construction in Arc GIS, chose the Lab VIEW virtual simulation platform in the theoretical basis for environmental noise data analysis; Finally, in view of the environmental noise data graphical representation method, this paper discusses the modeling method, modeling software selection and Sketch Up software platform; As the core of the paper the research content,environmental noise to build three-dimensional acoustic field graphical representation algorithm, according to the three-dimensional acoustic field attenuation law of noise source and the sound source localization based on the study of the typical algorithm, puts forward a little bit of sound source space building facade near-field radiation algorithm mechanism and its mathematical description, then study four spatial interpolation algorithm and optimization;As the main research contents of the paper, the environmental noise graphical representation system design and implementation, based on Arc GIS platform, in view of the noise information in data management and query, the system attribute database building, through the noise graphical representation system design and implementation, finished the 3 d noise acoustic field model and color rendering; The paper experiment content, in view of innovation content of single point source acoustic field of graphic representation space facade near field noise radiation optimization algorithm simulation verification and error analysis, theoretically four monitoring nodes with unequal quadrangle layout is a kind of optimization model. The experimental results show that: four monitoring stations nonuniform layout optimization algorithm can achieve near field noise on facade radiation monomer’s largest point precise positioning.
