The development of FuYu oilfield has entered high water cut later stage, the remaining oil distributes very complicatedly and presents disperse state in this stage, profile adjustment, water cut off, fine separated layer water flooding and fracturing can not improve layer contradiction and interlamination contradiction primarily, but the polymer flooding which can expand swept volume, decrease water-oil mobility ratio and viscoelasticity drag effect enhanced oil recovery deeply. Through research on single sand body feature and reservoir heterogeneity of west 5-16 block in Fuyu oilfield, the predominant factor of forming crossflow channel is found and the technology which can recognize crossflow channel through monitoring data and performance analysis method is formed. The plan design of polymer flooding continuously is optimized, which refers to Daqing oilfield polymer flooding experience and unites reality of Fuyu oilfield. Water flooding blank space test, deep profile adjustment and topping slug injection of polymer flooding and so on are finished from 2010 to 2011. The major slug started injecting from September in 2011, plane contradiction, interlamination contradiction and layer contradiction are somewhat improved, but the producing energy recovers slowly. The dominant channels of Fuyu oil reservoir develop and they are controlled difficultly. The polymer flooding sealed the dominant channels, but its displacement effect is not strong. Through research on the master control elements of polymer flooding effectiveness of Fuyu oilfield, which directs Fuyu oilfield choose suitable block to apply polymer flooding and optimize different injection parameters, the blocks need choose suitable polymer molecular weight and keep higher producing energy in order to enhance polymer flooding effectiveness effectively.
