With the Shu1 super heavy oil development to an area today,There are a lot of complex contradiction in the subterranean, leading to stable production difficulties and restricting the sustained and stable development of enterprises. It is imminent to strengthen the research on the bottlenecks technology, and to test seriously and effectively to improve the level of reservoir development. According to the Physics simulation and numerical simulation analysis, after detailed experiments and applications on the field, launch a low-carbon organic plugging technology, high temperature sand craft, nitrogen foam gel profile cleanup technology, optional injection process, choosing well casing damage Note string technology, mixed well casing deformation mechanical shutoff wash column, small outer diameter casing damage wells pump, improving perfect horizontal well steam injection technology, water treatment technology of horizontal wells, horizontal wells oil recovery technology research strengthened. All this research Targeted solve four outstanding issues in the process of heavy oil thermal recovery,Such as the use of some areas of low level of development is not ideal; high-round oil and gas production wells low formation energy, steam channeling serious; casing damage high proportion of wells, wells and gas production wells status issues constraining capacity to play; horizontal wells contradiction, supporting technical imperfections. These technologies and processes effectively improve the Super heavy oil steam stimulation development levels and achieve the efficient development of Xinglongtai reservoirs, and can be basis of the same reservoirs of heat mining development.
