Polymer gel profile control flooding technology is aiming at the serious heterogeneity,fracture and big pore or layer permeability difference larger reservoir presents a technology with polymer gel plugging water and reservoir fluid mobility regulation two functions, for water injection wells for profile control operations, the use of profile control agent for plugging cracks or pores, reduce crack or pore water absorption index, improve water injection wells in the injection pressure, increase water absorption index of low permeability reservoir, to the use of low permeability layer. At present, the profile control oil displacing agent is polyacrylamide and metal ion, phenolic monomer(liquid) crosslinking gel system.But there are some obvious shortcomings, the metal ion gels are dehydration aging phenomenon, the blocking layer of the validity period is not long, and application of phenolic resin prepolymer solution as crosslinking agent, due to crosslinking solution reaction active period is short, it is not convenient to long-distance transport and storage, the simultaneous solution of the residue of a large number of free formaldehyde used when on construction and the environment to bring a lot of inconvenience. Based on the above reasons, the research and the polymer gel property evaluation of the environmental protection phenolic aldehyde pre polymer crosslinking agent is carried out.. First preferred phenol formaldehyde prepolymer of synthetic formula; optimize the synthesis process, at the same time of water soluble phenolic resin was modified, determine the prepolymerization body dry conditions, while maintaining the phenolic resin, water soluble and polyacrylamide can be crosslinked and solve the water soluble phenolic resin dissolved liquid crosslinking agent for long distance transportation and long-term storage site and use not convenient; second laboratory study on Optimization of profile control plugging hydrogel formulation. Analysis gel formation conditions and influencing factors; finally, indoor the core plugging physical simulation and visualization of fluid diversion of. The research showed that the environmentally friendly crosslinking agent,water solubility, and the crosslinking time and the strength of the polymer can meet the need of oilfield development.
