A method of synthesizing polyacrylamide profile control and water shutoff agent for oil field by water solution polymerization was studied.?1?Using acrylamide?AM?,crosslinking agent N,N'-methylene diacrylamide?MBA?,media regulator Na2CO3,initiator ammonium persulfate?APS?,reducing agent NaHSO3 to synthesis ideal polyacrylamide profile control and water shutoff agent by orthogonal test and single factor experiment.The appropriate ratio of raw materials and reaction conditions are selected based on the evaluation of water absorption,gel strength,polymerization time and polymerization state:the dosage of acrylamide is 20%,crosslinking agent MBA is 0.03%,media regulator Na2CO3 is 0.6%,initiator APS is 0.3%,reducing agent NaHSO3 is 0.1%,environment temperature of reaction?water base?is 45?,reaction time is 2h.?2?Based on the ratio of the main raw materials,solvent and reaction conditions,the crosslinking agent MBA and the reaction medium regulator Na2CO3 are optimized in the raw materials of synthesizing polyacrylamide profile control and water shutoff agent.The synthesis of high water absorption product is the dosage of MBA is 0.03%,Na2CO3 is 0.6%.The synthesis of high gel strength product is the dosage of MBA is 0.04%,Na2CO3 is 0.5%.?3?The mixed modifier of“ratio of dolomite and Ca-bentonite is 7:8”are added to the reaction system to synthesis ideal polyacrylamide profile control and water shutoff agent of high gel strength.The dosage of modifier is 15g/100g of the reaction solution.?4?The experimental study of product parallel synthesis was carried out by optimizing the ratio of raw materials and experimental conditions.Product synthesis scheme with stable water absorption and gel strength was obtained.?5?Using the infrared spectrum,XRD,SEM to characterize the polyacrylamide profile control and water shutoff agent.The experimental results show that the product has a three-dimensional network structure.Most of the modifier is used as filler in the polyacrylamide profile control and water shutoff agent.The research of this paper provides a method for the synthesis of polyacrylamide profile control and water shutoff agent and lay the technical foundation in the field of profile control and water plugging.The performance evaluation provides the basic data and important reference data for the PAM profile control and water shutoff agent in oilfield profile control and water plugging production.
