This paper studied on the type of JJ170/42.5-K drilling rig derrick which has been worked for drilling operation in Daqing oil field, and this type derrick is widely used in oil field production in recent years. However, with the growing difficulty of exploitation at present, the demands for bearing performance and strength of the derrick is also growing. The study based on the method that combine the theoretical calculation and field test and simulation calculation,the simulated calculation consider of the JJ170/42.5-K type oil derrick under several typical working conditions and structural strength,attempting to provide a reference theory support for safety drilling construction site of oilfield.First of all, this study simplify the derrick’s various bars to the space beam elements by the finite element method, and establish numerical model of JJ170/42.5-K type drilling rig derrick through the software ANSYS which have large-scale finite element simulation capacity, and then, it analyses the derrick’s static force under the working condition of drilling, calculate the derrick’s stress and displacement distribution at working condition, to judge whether the stress value have got in the range of derrick’s rated load,and the structure meet the strength requirements. Then, It get results about the stress and displacement change, maximum stress and lifting angle displacement through taking up static simulation analysis about JJ170/42.5-K type drilling rig derrick under the hoisting working condition. Finally, it introduce the related content about derrick’s testing technology and acquisition and analysis test data, and get test and collect data of related parameters from JJ170/42.5-K type drilling rig derrick that under drilling and hoisting real working condition,and compared the test results with the computer simulation experiment data, The results showed that both have well coincidence degree, which turned out to be that the derrick structure has good bearing capacity and stability,so we can carry out in accordance with the design load guide field drilling construction.The conclusion of the thesis research provides experimental data and theoretical reference for field service and redesign of structure of JJ170/42.5-K type drilling rig derrick.
