JJ170type oil rig derrick is one of a larger proportion of inservice machine type inDaqing oilfield. Along with the increase of peripheral Daqing drilling need, the strength, loadbearing capacity of the requirements of the comprehensive performance is increasing day byday. This paper takes the JJ170type derrick as research object, simulation of the type derrickfor various loads. Through theoretical calculation, field test and simulation calculation method,comprehensive evaluation of the whole derrick mechanical properties and carrying capacity,for the safety of drilling oil field construction to provide the theory support.Base on investigation of the oil rig derrick of JJ170/41-K type in Daqing oilfield, withthe space rigid frame structure model and the plane structure model for the foundation,establish a derrick system mathematical model. Complete the static simulation of the derrickstructure, which realize the derrick in the maximum design hook load and hoisting load undertwo conditions of finite element static analysis. According to the theory convert method andfinite element linear buckling analysis theory to calculate the stability of JJ170derrick.According to the vibration of single degree of freedom system theory, completing the derricksystem modal analysis, get the derrick natural frequency and fundamental mode.This paper use the measure of adding the welding steel plate to the I-beam, realize theoptimization design of the derrick. Through the comparison of the computational resultsbefore and after optimization, after optimization derrick maximum stress value decline of38.3%, which can improve the bearing capacity of the I-beam section greatly and the wholestrength of the derrick. On the field test of JJ170type derrick, the test data and the computersimulation test data has the very good coincidence degree, it is shown that the derrick havegood capacity, in accordance with the original design load condition of equipment drilling onthe site.Research conclusion for JJ170type oil rig derrick use on site and structure redesignprovides experimental data and the theoretical basis.
