The Production Process Automation is a comprehensive and technical subject. It integrated utilizes the subject of antomatic control instrument and the theory of Computer to serve for the petroleum subject. This is the goal of our study. This article starts from oil Production, combined with the Production Process of Shuang Six gas storage. It also make Explorations for the use and improvement on automatic Process control system in the Production.Automatic control system is an important component part of production process, affect safety in production and pulsation free output gas. By means of survey home and abroad gas storage, combination some oil field, analyzing Automatic control system, selecting more equal system in Shuang 6 gas storage. The main research work following:1.Put up a set of integrated computer control system, complete the process of gas storage control, safety interlock protection and scheduling management. Using supervisory control and data acquisition as the core of computer(SCADA) system, PLC system and RTU system, the completion of the production process data acquisition, monitoring, sequential control,K interlock protection, metering, operation management etc.. Ensure that the Shuang six underground gas storage inproduction safety, reliable, stable, efficient and economical operation.2. In order to improve the security of Shuang six gas storage system, we set up the ESD system. The ESD system from the hardware is composed of three parts: check part(input unit), the logical part and the execution part(output units). The ESD system settings will be the degree of risk to a minimum, ensuring personnel, equipment and environment safety.3.Built including security system of electronic patrol system, perimeter alarm system and TV monitoring system. To image complex and the communication of video monitoring system as the core, with the perimeter system and access control for added to electronic patrol for the artificial auxiliary, between each subsystem can work independently and cooperate with each other, thus forming a combination of all-round, multi-level, three-dimensional point, line, surface, spatial phase system.4.In order to further protection for the Shuang six gas storage, we set up a set of fire and gas system. The fire and gas system including the flame detection system, combustible gas detection alarm system, hardware component by the combustible gas detector, flammable gas alarm, explosion-proof type fire alarm button, flame detectors and fire alarm controller. With alarm and interlock function. It is an independent protection layer independent of DCS and ESD system. When danger happens, the fire and gas system can be found in time, timely judgement and action, the misclassification rate is much higher than the field staff.
