Design Of Security Management Information System For Coal Mine

To meet the requirements of the integrated management of modern enterprise, based on the former system, this paper proposed a reformed enterprise security management information system which is composed of a coal mine safety and technical management subsystem, digital dispatching subsystem and office automation subsystem, and the aim of which is, combined with the characteristics of Drum Mountain coal mine hub, to enable its safety management, office efficiency and office automation be effectively improved, and to enable the decision-making of leadership at all levels more scientific and more timely for getting the market information of national coal industry and the mine own information resources more quickly and easily.This paper presented briefly the development background of coal mine safetymanagement system, pointed out that today's general mine safety management information system deficiencies, proposed the combination of Ethernet and the new bus technology coal mine safety management information system, and established a network topology. At the same time, the paper introduced software design tools for ASP and database technolog, listed the advantages of coal mine accidents were divided daily, combinated various functional modules in the dynamic tree structure for user-friendly operation. Also, the paper proposed neural network method for predicting the amount of gas emission, seleced the the preliminary design and environmental safety monitoring system of mine.This system, designed for scientific management of the mine, is to strengthen the safety management, to reduce production cost and to improve efficiency. The system can automatically monitor the situation of mine gas and automatically alarm to ensure the security monitoring services accurately, real-timely and fast running, and to ensure the disaster relief, the ambulance safety efficiently, and it can scientifically and comprehensively analyze the production index, expand the internal management of the unit to personnel, finance, supply and marketing, warehouse management, and the management of mechanical and electrical equipment, and provide a comprehensive and systematic decision-making information, thus being a helpful hand of the leadership at all levels to make the scientific decision-making of safety management.
