Coordinated Development Research Of Dongjiang Lake Reservoir Area: Based On The Water Environment Bearing Capacity Evaluation

If human society want to realize the long-term health development,they need the guidance of sustainable development theory,and implement the coordinated development between population, resources, environment, society and economy. Dongjiang Lake reservoir area is rich in water resources and other resources, these resources are important strategic resources to realize two type society in hunan province. Therefore, it’s quite necessary to accurately grasp the water environment bearing capacity status quo of the Dongjiang Lake reservoir area, sorting out the coordination degree of regional resources and environment and social and economic development.With the guidance of Sustainable development theory, Environmental bearing capacity theory, Modern system science theory and New institutional economics theory, This paper introduces the basic situation of Dongjiang Lake reservoir area at first;secondly, building the appraisal system of water environmental bearing capacity, calculate the water environment carrying capacity of the Dongjiang Lake reservoir area from 2001 to 2011 while using objective empowerment method and Calculation method. Results show that the reservoir water environmental capacity of the overall stability and small downward trend,local resources environment and social and economic development might be no harmonious. On this basis, this paper further build resources environment and the social economic development of the comprehensive evaluation index, measuring the coordinated development degree between them. Results showed that most years during 2001-2011 in reservoir area environmental resources to moderate the relationship between environment and social and economic development coordination, part of the year in the primary coordination, coordination reluctantly.Based on the empirical analysis results, This paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions,in order to promote the coordinated development between environmental reservoir resource and social economy.Such as promoting the allocation of Dongjiang Lake reservoir area resources market, Building industry association, Establishing and improving the ecological compensation mechanism, trengthening the ecological environment governance and the communication between the collaboration.
