Fourth, in the ecological carrying capacity based on analysis of three evaluation index system and the ecological footprint, the ecological carrying capacity of Yining in Xinjiang coal mine development after the North conducted predictive analysis, obtained mine development impact on the ecological environment. Finally, programs targeting mine planning, project organization, the scale of construction, the overall layout, construction timing and other factors affect the ecological environment caused by the proposed mine development for pollution.prevention measures and ecological impact mitigation, restoration or reconstruction programs, compensation mechanisms, thereby facilitating mine development and urban development coordinated economic and social development and environmental protection. Draw comprehensive conclusions final analysis:the ecological impact brought mine development, mine development to a certain degree of control, but if this thesis put forward in accordance with land reclamation, revegetation and soil erosion and other artificial interventions, mine development the impact of the ecological environment will be greatly reduced.
