The production scheduling level of steelmaking continuous casting is one of the important indexes to measure the production management level of iron and steel enterprises. The point of improving the level of production management in iron and steel enterprises is how to improve the cohesion of steel and continuous casting. Steelmaking and continuous casting production scheduling is an important part of production management, to improve the degree of convergence between processes, reduce energy loss, and achieve the maximum efficiency will play an important role.Due to the constraints of steelmaking continuous casting production process, the production process is complicated, the single target is difficult to achieve effective convergence from smelting to continuous casting, so this paper adopts the multi-objective method of steelmaking and continuous casting production scheduling optimization problems. At present, there are many methods to study the multi-objective optimization problem. Genetic algorithm, particle swarm optimization algorithm, simulated annealing algorithm, ant colony optimization algorithm, etc. As a hyper heuristic algorithm, genetic algorithm can flexibly realize multi-directional and global search, so genetic algorithm as a multi-objective optimization problem solving method has received considerable attention. In the improved genetic algorithm, the non dominated sorting genetic algorithm with the elite strategy(NSGA2) has high efficiency good distribution, for the low dimensional optimization problem with good ability to find the advantages of the researchers of all the favor. In this paper, a non dominated sorting genetic algorithm with elite strategy is adopted to solve the optimization problem of the steelmaking and continuous casting production scheduling.On the basis of the review of domestic and international steelmaking continuous casting production scheduling and multi-objective optimization method, in-depth study on the scheduling problem in the process of continuous casting production scheduling, extracted from smelting to continuous casting scheduling process requires optimization objectives and constraints, and the establishment of multi-objective optimization model, the non dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA2) to solve the problem of production scheduling of steelmaking and continuous casting, and the fuzzy decision method of the Pareto solution set of optimal solution selected, ultimately determine a suitable scheme for steelmaking continuous casting production scheduling. The simulation of the method used in this paper is carried out by using the actual data, The results show that the method in solving the steelmaking continuous casting scheduling problem is feasible, the evolutionary algorithm application in future production scheduling of steelmaking and continuous casting process to provide certain theoretical basis and technical support.
