The planning and scheduling of integrated production of steelmaking and continuous casting section(SCS)is an important part of intelligent steel production process,which mainly includes contract decomposition,rolling plan,casting plan,charge plan and dynamic scheduling.At present,the automatic contract decomposition and merger has been mature and successfully applied in practical production,and the rolling plan is relatively mature,but the casting plan,charge plan and the corresponding dynamic scheduling can not reach the level of intelligent implementation,which is an unsolved engineering and technical problem.Taking the SCS of the new generation steel production process(NGSPP)as the research object,this paper carries on the optimization research from the information side and the physical side.The research on the information side from the static plan of the actual production process,mainly solves the integrated production planning problems of the SCS,mainly on the premise of hot rolling batch planning conditions,studies the charge planning and casting planning in the steel mill,establishes the integrated production planning model and operation planning model of the SCS,and verifies the operation plan through simulation.The research on the physical side from the dynamic scheduling of the actual production process,according to the method of operation planning simulation,mainly solves the technology optimization problem of the NGSPP,finds out the reason of the low proportion of the De[S]-De[Si]/[P]pretreatment,analyzes the specific rules of mass flow influencing factors on the connection of key equipment between procedure interfaces and the efficient operation of the process,so as to achieve the design level of the NGSPP marked by the De[S]-De[Si]/[P]pretreatment.Firstly,this paper analyzes the procedure function and time factor of the SCS of the NGSPP,summarizes the mass flow operation rules of the SCS,obtains the time rhythm of the main procedure and the interface between procedures,sorts out and summaries the production planning problem of the SCS,and puts forward a method of integrated production planning based on hot rolling plan.The mathematical model of production planning and the improved elitist genetic algorithm(IEGA)are verified and analyzed by using the practical data of the NGSPP.This paper independently developes an integrated production planning system of the SCS by using PyCharm,Qt Creator and Python programming language,realizes the optimization planning of different plans and gantt chart drawing.In order to find out the reason for the low proportion of the De[S]De[Si]/[P]pretreatment in the NGSPP,this paper carries out Flexsim simulation on mass flow of the steel production process under theoretical design condition and actual production condition,and makes quantitative comparative analysis with evaluation indexes.In order to further realize the process optimization of the NGSPP.respectively from monomer equipment/transportation,coordination between upstream and downstream procedure equipment,production line layout and the outside factors in four aspects,this paper simulates the mass flow of the NGSPP,and carries out the quantitative and qualitative analysis of production cycle,process continuation degree,equipment utilization rate and process stability in detail,finds out the specific influence rules of mass flow influencing factors on the connection of key equipment between procedure interfaces and the efficient operation of the process.From the information side and physical side of the research,the paper solves the optimization problem of the integrated production scheduling of the SCS of the NGSPP as a whole.To sum up,this paper conducts optimization research from the information side and the physical side.On the one hand,the author builds the integrated production planning model of the SCS,improves the solution algorithm,and developes the production planning system,which to some extent can solve the problem that production planning is artificially dominated and not optimized enough.On the other hand,research shows that the reasonable procedure equipment/transport quantity,reasonable coordination of upstream and downstream procedure equipment interface,the reasonable layout of production line,reducing equipment failure,can not only improve the proportion of the De[S]-De[Si]/[P]pretreatment,also can enhance the matching degree of key equipment connection between procedure interfaces and process high-efficiency operation requirements.The optimization research on the information side and the physical side of the paper solves the optimization problem of the integrated production scheduling of the SCS of the NGSPP to a certain extent.
