Safety And Environmental Risk Assessment Of Production Process Of Typical Chemical Enterprise

In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s national economy, the chemical production increasing more and more large-scale and the processes becoming more complicated, safety and environmental issues have become increasingly prominent in the production, and have been two strict problems that limit typical chemical production process running smoothly. Once there’s an accident in the chemical production process, it will cause great disaster on the surrounding environment and population. Therefore, safety and environmental risk assessment of the chemical production process have become preventive work of typical chemical companies, which must be strictly required.In this thesis, the research of safety and environmental risk assessment in typical chemical process was studyed, the methods for determination of risk level and make analysis and evaluation of environmental and safety issues within the system were put forward, in order to adopt relevant protective measures, to protect chemical production safety smoothly. The main contents are as follows:(1) Firstly, the production characteristics of typical chemical enterprise and the properties and hazards of chemical accident were analyzed, several domestic and foreign typical major chemical accidents were statisticed on and the reasons were analyzed.(2) Then the characteristics, research scope, advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of safety assessment methods were comparatively analyzed in detail, especially the FTA and HAZOP evaluation methods.(3) Combined with the safety issues arising from typical chemical enterprise risk accidents, chemical safety lifecycle management system integration software (PSLMStation) was given, which applied to typical chemical enterprise safety risk assessment. Then, its specific content, related technologies, advantages and disadvantages in the actual operation were described.(4) According to the typical environmental problems produced by chemical enterprise risk accident and the classification matrix, the enterprise environment risk was divided into four grades. By quantitative analyzing the environmental risk material critical mass, process and risk control level and environmentally sensitive areas.(5) Finally, according to the above safety and environmental risk assessment method, the safety and environmental risk assessment of a PVC enterprise production process were made, and the relevant prevention and control measures were put forward and the risk level was determined.
