Safety Management Diagnosis And System Optimization Of A Small Chemical Enterprise

As the world's leading agricultural producer,China has a huge number of population,which makes it become a giant producer of chemical products and also a great consumer,since 21 st century,the chemical industry has entered a stage of vigorous development,small and medium sized chemical enterprises accounted for a higher proportion,safety management level is relatively backward,there are some accidents occasionally.So it is particularly important to systematically analyze the status of enterprise safety management,find out the drawbacks and improve the level of enterprise security management.The paper made a systematic study of the safety management diagnosis theory,and the safety management diagnosis was performed for the M enterprise by the related safety management diagnosis technology,which is based on the modern safety management theory and the theory of enterprise management diagnosis.The main research contents include.(1)Combining with the characteristics of safety in production of small sized chemical enterprises,according to the diagnostic criteria established principles,the paper established a diagnosis index system of safety management based on the national standards and related theory.The system is constructed with three layers,which contained 3 level indicators,17 secondary indexes and 53 tertiary indicators.(2)Different diagnostic methods are adopted according to the characteristics of the project,which includes the site investigation,expert consultation and statistical analysis.The relative weight of each index is determined by the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Entropy,in which way analyzing the factors having the greatest impact on the safety management of the enterprise.(3)In order to diagnose the safety management of the M enterprise and analyze the enterprise's safety management status and drawbacks,the paper adopted different scientific and rational diagnostic tools in accordance with the characteristics of the project,and prescribed drugs for the specific problems to help the enterprise improve the level of safety management.(4)The enterprise security management prediction and optimization analysis model is established according to GM(1,1)dynamic prediction model to analyze the enterprise's safety management level and optimize the enterprise's safety management structure.Through the comparative analysis of historical data,expert scoring and gray prediction results,it points out the drawbacks of enterprise safety management and provide a reference for the safety management decisions in this way.
