In recent years, with the rapid development of the global economy and society, people’s living needs of petrochemical products for growing all over the country’s petrochemical park has entered a period of rapid development. While promoting economic growth and industrial upgrading, petrochemical park due to the hazardous properties of its own, and all aspects of the existence of a large number of various types of flammable, explosive, to xic gases and liquids, if leakage occurs, the consequences of accidents dangerous, as the park with to a huge security risk. Therefore, the study of management and control of hazardous substances leak problem petrochemical park has practical significance.Research petrochemical park leakage control is one of the latest development direction of security research chemical park, designed to take effective control measures to reduce the probability of occurrence of leakage and reduce the consequences of leaks caused avoid serious social impact. However, China is currently no research in this area for leakage control measures and the lack of content targeted and systematic impact on the key factors affecting the park leakage control measures are not sufficiently clear.From the production features petrochemical park to start, carefully studied the petrochemical park space layout and production process characteristics.
