In recent years,under the guidance of national policies,the development of the petrochemical industry has been advancing by leaps and bounds,both in number and scale,entering the fast track of development.The petrochemical industry has made important contributions to boosting local and national economic development.The booming petrochemical industry has greatly enriched people's daily life,and "clothing,food,housing,and transportation" are closely related to the results of this industry.While the development results are shared by the entire population,the increasingly prominent safety issues in the petrochemical industry have gradually become the focus of everyone's attention.In recent years,W petrochemical company has gradually developed into a regional company with distinctive features under CNPC from scratch and from small to large.In the years of development,no matter the scale of the enterprise or the increasing benefits year by year,it is highly representative in the petrochemical industry.However,through sorting out the production safety accidents occurred in the development of enterprises in recent years,it is found that enterprises have many problems in safety management.In order to solve the safety management problem of an enterprise and solve the safety management problem of an industry,this paper makes a systematic and comprehensive diagnosis of the safety management of W petrochemical company based on the relevant theories of safety management,and puts forward four aspects such as "people,machine,environment and management".It is believed that the phenomenon of "three violations" of employees in W petrochemical company is widespread and the personnel structure is not reasonable;the machine and equipment of the company are not used for a longer period of time,the model selection is not reasonable and the maintenance is not in place;the occupational hazard control of the company is not in place and the lighting does not meet the requirements;the safety organization of the company is not sound and the safety education and training is not in place.According to the relevant requirements of "human,machine,environment and management" in safety management,this paper,by consulting the data provided by relevant departments of W petrochemical company,interviewed employees in the field,deeply analyzed the causes of these four problems,and pointed out the direction for the formulation of solutions.By dupont,petrochina and Toyota three industry advanced safety management experience,to show the world what are more advanced safety management experience,safety management experience of the three companies understanding,complement each other,each term in the petrochemical company safety management for W,consider from various angles,this paper established several countermeasures,provide the reference for the enterprise comprehensive use,to achieve the purpose to solve the problem.At the same time,in order to ensure that the countermeasures to solve the problem are effective,the article also added a number of safeguard measures.In a word,this paper analyzes and studies the safety management problems of W petrochemical company,finds out the reasons,and formulates countermeasures from the four aspects of "people,machine,environment and management",so as to provide reference and reference for petrochemical enterprises to achieve better safety management.
