Local fan is a very important equipment of the underground tunneling mining process, the underground toxic and harmful gases can be ruled out and diluted by a goodventilation, can ensure a safe, reliable, good working conditions for the underground workers. At present, the driving motor of local fan in the most coal mine cann’t change its frequency intelligently,whose intellectualized degree is lower, and in the most of mine the frequency of the driving motor is invariable. In the mine well, the local fan works in the long-term constant speed as soon as it meets the electrical network, change of speed does not vary with the concentration of poisonous and harmful gas to change,the phenomenon of invariable speed is extremely serious, the required air volume cann’t be adjusted according to the practical situation, it will not only serious energy waste,but also the air quality is often not qualified, resulting in a safety hazard.For this problem, by the use of respective advantages of PID control,neural network and fuzzy control, this paper the local fan air volume control system based on ANFIS-PID controller is designed.The method can achieve the purpose of saving energy in discharging toxic and harmful gases at the same time. The controller designed in this paper is based on the concentration of deviation E and deviation change rate of toxic and harmful gas EC as input variables, a hybrid learning algorithm is used in ANFIS. Namely in forward operation, all the parameters change is kept, the least square method is used to change the effect parameters; the same parameters in the improved conditions, the error back propagation method is used to change the parameters, so that it can be to change the shape of membership functions of the purpose, requirement the provisions of the entire sample variance of the accuracy of the system.In this paper,the system model is builded by using Simulink in MATLAB, the ANFIS-PID control algorithm is proposed by simulation experiment, and take the algorithm compared with the traditional PID control algorithm, fuzzy selfregulating PID control algorithm. The simulation results show that has good dynamic response culvy short response time small over modulation high steady state precision good dynamic and static performance by comparing with the traditional PID controller and fuzzy self-regulating PID controller.Research shows that the ANFIS-PID controller for air volume system, don’t rely on the accurate mathematical model of the controlled object, for the large time delay, large inertia,much interfere problems of air volume control system,this control system is stable, good adaptability, strong antiinterference ability, and the system design method is simple, which can be used in practical industrial control conveniently.
