Mine local ventilator is a common device in coal mine production safety. It provides airvolume to the tunneling work, dilutes gas and prevents gas accumulation. After investigationfound that the local fan for air insufficient, especially gas can not be effectively dilute thetunneling working surface, has become an important factor causing the gas explosion. It isnecessary for intelligent mine local fan control system.Based on the rotating axial local fan as the object of study, the design method of PLCcontroller based on the emission characteristics, gas concentration in working face, the studyand design of the intelligent control system of gas concentration of mine local fan speedcontrol technology of frequency conversion. In order to realize intelligent monitoring gasconcentration based on gas, according to the characteristics of monitoring, the real-timeadjustment of the air flow of the fan to ensure the heading face ventilation safety.This paper mainly completed the following work:①In the investigation of the local fan control technology and gas management on thebasis of the status quo, the problems as the starting point, puts forward the main content, thesignificance of this research and the technical route.②According to the requirement of roadway in the ventilation requirements, gas sensorand the local fan arrangement, to establish the model of analysis of ventilation and gastunneling working surface emission mode of motion,fan for air volume adjustment and thegas concentration distribution relationship,get criterion methane for local ventilatoradjustment.③The average value of roadway gas concentration in the sample as input, the local fanspeed for the output of roadway gas concentration sampling, analysis and design of the fuzzy logic control algorithm of gas concentration. The electrical control system of the localventilation system were determined, and its optimization, improve its function.④In the laboratory for the system simulation debugging, system debugging includinghardware circuit and software program, complete control function test to the gas concentrationcontrol as the goal of the air.
