Carbon dioxide and oxygen in situ leaching of uranium mining technology is dissolved the oxygen into the leaching solution through mixed oxygen device. The dissolved oxygen transform the tetravalent uranium into hexavalent uranium. Under the function of bicarbonate in the groundwater,the reaction of hexavalent uranium and bicarbonate generate the uranyl carbonate complex ions,leaching solution of uranium ore from solid phase to liquid phase.then leaching of uranium metal from uranium ore.Carbon dioxide and oxygen in-situ leaching of uranium mining technology as a new kind of method of mining uranium,it has many advantages,such as less reagent consumption,the leaching liquid uranium concentration is stable, the treatment of groundwater after exploitation are simpleness.with two new in situ leaching uranium mine completed and put into operation, our country become the world’s second country using carbon dioxide and oxygen in situ leaching of uranium mining after the United States and has set up a state of industrial application.This article conduct safety analysis of Carbon dioxide and oxygen in situ leaching of uranium mining from three aspects,due to the current domestic rarely conduct safety analysis to carbon dioxide and oxygen gas supply system and Hydrometallurgy process workshop, at the same time few people involved in safety analysis of the neutral leaching of leachate treatment plant ventilation,it has important significance to use a variety of analysis methods to analysis carbon dioxide and oxygen technology process and identify equipment and operation process of potential hazards,such as using the HAZOP analysis method to analysis the carbon dioxide and oxygen gas supply system; using fault hypothesis analysis method to analysis the hydrometallurgy process of leachate treatment plant, then draw the troubleshooting graph,then analysis of leachate treatment plant ventilation safety.On this basis, the article puts forward some suggestions, so as to reduce the possibility of system accidents, ensure the system of in situ leaching of uranium mining operate safety. Realizing the optimization of the technology process, ensuring the production safety at the same time improve the leaching rate of uranium, expanding for the uranium resources in development in our country. Therefore using different security evaluation method to analysis the process safety has important significance.
