Along with the economic development of our country, such as high energy consumption high pollution industry like steel, cement, electrolytic aluminums grow rapidly. Industrial dust emissions are increasing; environmental pollution problems have become increasingly prominent, especially atmospheric pollution. The state has increased the intensity of environmental protection, the implementation of strict control measures for the high polluting industries. The discharge of industrial dust is an important factor affecting the air pollution. Strengthen the industrial dust emission control and control the air pollution makes a point. The filtration mechanism of bag filter determines the characteristics of its dust removal efficiency, and it’s highly recognized as high-efficiency filter type dust collector around the world. According to the market demand, this paper designs a new control system based on STM32 microcontroller applied to the large dust collector. The control system can realize the functions of automatic dust removal control, variable frequency speed control, fault diagnosis and alarm, real-time monitoring and data analysis. The advantages of the control system is the wide range of application, high function integration, strong programming and expansion ability, low cost. The main research works and achievements of the paper mainly include the following aspects:(1) Designed and developed a kind of control system. By querying the bag type dust collector relevant technical data, combined with the demand of bag type dust collector field application function, designed a set of complete dust control system, the control system consists of four subsystems, respectively, automatic dust removal and ash removal control system, switching, analog quantity acquisition control system, communication system, fault diagnosis and alarm system. In order to improve the application of the control system and meet the requirements of dust remover control in different structures or different application areas, a general control method is proposed. The user can set up the number of pulse valve according to the characteristics of its dust remover, and the parameters of the dust removal device can be set up to the purpose of precise control.(2) Hardware implementation of the control system. The main control circuit board with 32 high performances MCU as the core is designed. The design of D/A, A/D communication interface circuit and peripheral device driver and detection circuit are completed.. The PCB rendering of the main control board, the display board, the solenoid valve drive plate and the pressure detection insert plate is completed.. The hardware circuit and the hardware circuit are finished and the program is debugged.(3) Software implementation of the control system. Using C language to program, the main program uses the way of circular scanning operation, the logo bit for real-time monitoring and makes the appropriate action. The completion of the main program and the preparation of various functions subroutine and debugging.(4) Debugging of control system. The hardware and software of the system are optimized, and the function of the system is finished.
