The topic of humic acid extracted from Gansu Tianzhu lignite in its nitration, sulfonation,load the Ti/Fe modified. Use of humic acid and its modified adsorbent of organic dye methylene blue, crystal violet, Xylenol Orange disodium salt and As(III), P(V) by adsorption experiments, and with single factor and orthogonal experimental,the selection of typical points test factors. such as the concentration of adsorbent, temperature, pH, adsorption time and dosage of adsorbent.The humic acid and the modified adsorbent by characterizing the FI,XRD, SEM test analysis found that modified adsorbent surface area and pore increased, the number of active adsorption sites increased.The adsorption properties of the modified adsorbents were all improved by the adsorption of the five kinds of adsorbates.Ti/Fe modified adsorbent the best experimental conditions on methylene blue adsorption agent: the concentration of 300mg/L, adsorbent dosage is 0.4g, adsorption time,180 min,temperature 35℃, pH=1, the adsorption rate was 97.2%. On crystal violet adsorption: the concentration of 0.2 g/L, adsorbent dosage is 0.4g, adsorption time, 120 min, temperature35 ℃, pH=2, the adsorption rate was 92.5%. On Xylenol Orange disodium salt: the concentration of 0.2g/L, adsorbent dosage is 0.5g, adsorption time, 120 min, temperature 35℃,pH=3, the adsorption rate was 94.8%. On As(III): the concentration of 10ug/mL, adsorbent dosage is 0.6g, adsorption time, 120 min, temperature 45℃, pH=6, the adsorption rate was87.28%. On P(V): the concentration of 0.15g/L, adsorbent dosage is 0.6g, adsorption time,180 min, temperature 25℃, pH=5, the adsorption rate was 93.8%.Ti/Fe modified adsorbent for five kinds of adsorbate on the adsorption thermodynamics,kinetics experiment, understand the Ti/Fe modified adsorbent adsorption process is mainly chemical adsorption, presumably by reactive group of chemical reactions on the surface of the adsorbent or aromatic rings π-π conjugate function for adsorption.The research results on the use of humic acid adsorption ability to deal with industrial wastewater has certain practical significance, and provides a new reference for improving the application value and water treatment method in China humic acid.
