The preparation of new adsorbent by weathering coal humic acid,not only can improve adsorption performance of adsorbent,but also make use of resources.Humic acid is extracted from weathered coal in huangling of shaanxi province by catalytic method in this article.The insoluble humic acid?IHA?was obtained by using high temperature calcification method for the extracted humic acid,determine the optimum conditions for modification.With insoluble humic acid as raw material,humic acid adsorbent is synthesized by impregnation method.determine the optimum preparation process conditions.The structure characterization and performance test of the new type humic acid adsorbent are prepared.Finally,the adsorption mechanism of synthetic adsorbent is studied by adsorption thermodynamics and kinetic experiments.Results shows that the catalytic method for extraction of humic acid in the best conditions for N-hydroxy phthalates formyl imine?NHPI?as the catalyst,acid coal than8 ml/g,water bath temperature of 100°C,ratio of solid and liquid 1:12,the boiling water bath time is 30min,The concentration of lye is 0.4mol/L,humic acid extraction yield of54.69%.High temperature calcification of insoluble humic acid prepared by the optimum temperature conditions for 330°C.Optimum loading Fe/Cu humic acid base adsorbent process conditions are pH is 3,FeSO4 with Cu?NO3?2 of the mass ratio of 1:1,the modification time was 60min,the reaction temperature of 60?.The iodine adsorption value of the load Fe/Cu humic acid base adsorbent is 232.6mg/g,which is higher than the iodine adsorption value of humic acid 158.4mg/g.TG spectra analysis shows that lower than 330?,humic acid can remove free water and bound water in the reaction,higher than 330?,humic acid began to melt,the structure change,determine the best modification temperature is 330?.According to the analysis results of FTIR spectrogram,the telescopic vibration peak position of the Cu-O bond appeared in the vicinity of550cm-1,and the telescopic vibration peak of Fe-O bond was found in 650cm-1.The results of SEM analysis shows that,after loading Fe/Cu,the surface particles of adsorbent are significantly increased,the distribution is more uniform,and the roughness is significantly improved,and the surface activity of the adsorbent is improved effectively.The adsorption test showed that the optimal adsorption process of the load Fe/Cu humic acid base adsorbent are 150min,pH is 2,temperature is 20?and modified adsorbent additive quantity is 0.4 g,The adsorption rate of methylene blue was 98.9%.The optimal adsorption process of load Fe/Cu humic acid base adsorbent are 120min.pH is 4,temperature 30?,adsorbent additive quantity is 0.5 g,under the condition of good adsorption process,the maximum adsorption rate of the adsorbent was over93.6%.The kinetics experiment shows that adsorbent is chemical adsorption of methylene blue,thermodynamic experiments show that adsorbents adsorb to methylene blue belong to the adsorption of multilayer molecules.
