Torreya grandis is one of the world’s rare fruit, and it’s our country peculiar economic tree species, Torreya grandis contains amino acids, vitamins, oleic acid, linoleic acid, protein, carbohydrates and other substances beneficial to humans. It’s organs containing volatile ingredients, Performance for they all have a unique aroma. It’s seed content High oil, and the fat composition of oleic acid, linoleic acid and other unsaturated fatty acids, Torreya grandis is crispy and delicious, has rich nutrient, moreover,It has high edible and medicinal value. This paper selects the Torreya grandis flowers, fruit and leaves as the research object, the main contents of the study include:(1) the detection and analysis the main components of Torreya grandis nuts; (2) through the extraction ofessential oil in Torreya grandis organ tissues, analysis the differences among components, in order to study the biological activity lay the foundation; (3) prepared by process optimization of Torreya grandis shell activated carbon, preparation the activated carbon with high adsorption activity. The main results are as follows:1, Torreya grandis nuts main component detection, through experiments discovered that the main content of Torreya grandis:Water content 41.15%, reducing sugar 0.32%, total sugar 2.64%, crude fat 36.23%, protein 11.02%, starch 8.17%. The results showed that the content of crude fat is higher, use Torreya grandis seed as the The production of refined oil raw material has very big development prospects.2, Thevolatile components in detection of Torreyagrandis, by headspace analysis the volatile components of its flowers, leaves, aril, shell andnuts, the results show that, the volatile constituents of Torreya grandis’flower were identified in 28, the main volatile components are 1R-α-pinene, bornyl acetate, caryophyllene, lobar elemene, there are some alcohol aldehyde compounds. The volatile constituents of Torreya grandis shell were identified in 40, the main volatile compounds limonene,α-pinene and olefinic compounds, also containing alcohols and terpenoids. The volatile constituents of Torreya grandis leaves were identified in 17, the main volatile compounds limonene, a-pinene and olefinic compounds. The volatile constituents of Torreya grandis nuts were identified in 39, the main volatile constituents of acetic acid, R-(+)-limonene and other compounds, mainly for alkenes and aldehydes. The volatile constituents of Torreya grandis aril were identified in 31, the main volatile compounds limonene, a-pinene and olefinic compounds, also contains alcohol and ester compounds.3, torreya grandis fruit shell activated carbon preparation and characterization of torreya grandis fruit shell as raw material, torreya grandis fruit shell granularity, activator concentration, microwave power and activation time on the yield of torreya grandis fruit shell activated carbon and the influence of adsorption performance, on the basis of single factor experiment, the best technology of activated carbon preparation was studied through orthogonal experiment, the results showed that the optimum parameters of torreya grandis fruit shell activated carbon preparation for:torreya grandis shell granularity of 20-60 mesh, activator concentration of 50%, microwave time is 8 min, microwave power is 600 w, under the condition of the activated carbon yield of 36.67%, the iodine adsorption value of 857.7 mg/g, methylene blue adsorption value of 172.5 ml/g. Electron microscope scanning results showed that the preparation of activated carbon surface is neat, has the rich aperture structure, distribution and pore is relatively uniform, not only developed micropore, also has certain hollow structure and a small amount of macroporous structure, and the aperture most (including in 1.02-1.02μm, shows that the activation reaction significantly increased the number of activated carbon pore, has a good adsorption performance.
