Study On Site Selection And Periodic Transportation Scheme Of Rural Domestic Refuse Collection And Transportation System

The rural solid waste collection and transportation system consists of collection, transportation, transportation, transfer, processing and other links. It connect with the source of waste and the end of the garbage disposal. Therefore,the reasonable composition of facilities within the system, the reasonable choice of model for waste collection and transportation system, the size of the appropriate of rural solid waste collection and transportation system are significant to improve the efficiency of rural waste collection and transportation, reduce the disposal cost and improve the rural environment.This article researches on the location of rural waste transfer station and waste treatment plant within the rural solid waste collection and transportation system. The model of location of the rural solid waste collection and transportation system is developed for our country. Programs of periodic transportation are proposed for the mode of transportation system in the late. It provides a theoretical basis for taking the reasonable transportation in the actual operation and reduce the cost of transportation.In chapter two, it researches on the location of rural waste transfer station and waste treatment plant. It is considered from the perspective of junk traffic volume. Based on the village population and the prices of the lands, the cost minimum location model is developed for the transfer stations under the conditions that the waste treatment plant is set. It combines the location of rural waste transfer station with the waste treatment plant further. According to the different requirements of the number of building the waste treatment plant, the author designs the comprehensive cost minimum location model of waste transfer station and treatment plant. The rural solid waste collection and transportation system is build that it including the family gathering, the village collection,the country transit and the city dispose.Based on chapter two, the recycling waste is considered in chapter three. The transfer station becomes divided before within it. The location model combines with the recycling network model in this article. The cost minimum recycling network location model is developed for rural waste transfer station and treatment plant. The waste recycling network system is established in accordance with the conditions of our country.To reduce the disposal cost, the transportation from rural waste transfer station to treatment plant is studied in chapter four. The author proposed two programs of periodic transportation. Transport through the cost minimum mathematical model is set up, which obtains the optimal transfer cycle of waste transfer station. Finally, the computational result of the case shows the availability of our models. Chapter four analyzes the optimization problem of rural waste management option. And this chapter has reference values.
