This topic to the impact factors of macroporous resin adsorption characteristics of weak acid hydrogen was studied, and by using isothermal adsorption equilibrium curve and isothermal adsorption model is analyzed with the result of the experiment, the mechanism of dynamic adsorption resin were discussed. On the basis of the research on the features, the depth of the macroporous resin used in weak acid hydrogen softening treatment of heavy oil wastewater, aiming at the shortcomings of the existing in the process was improved, the operation of the improved process through the analysis of the running continuous cycle cost effect and softening.Improve the macroporous resin for Ca2+ in the solution of weak acid hydrogen adsorption quantity can increase Ca2+ concentration in solution, in the range of 20 to 60℃ increase of solution temperature and improve solution alkalinity, etc. Under the condition of continuous flow dynamic, Ca2+ concentration is too high or too low are not conducive to improve resin adsorption efficiency. Ascending temperature on the adsorption performance of the resin without apparent ascension, in the 80℃ when the resin adsorption efficiency decreased instead. Water alkalinity and the higher the velocity is lower, the lower the water hardness, the higher the adsorption efficiency of the resin.Macroporous resin for Ca2+ in the solution of weak acid hydrogen isothermal adsorption equilibrium curve for the Langmuir type curve, when the Ca2+ concentration in solution is higher, macroporous resin weak acid hydrogen of Ca2+ applicable Freundich and Langmuir adsorption isothermal adsorption model, the Langmuir isotherm adsorption model of a wider range of applicable concentration. Increase of solution alkalinity, will not only improve the efficiency of resin adsorption, will be easier to part of the hydrogen type resin into sodium, for the pH can play a buffer role.The macroporous resin used in weak acid hydrogen level ion exchange column on the depth of thick oil sewage of softening, secondary effluent shall meet the requirements of the journal of industrial boiler water quality. Improved process lieutenant general resin with demineralized water is put into operation after 12 h, makes primary water keeps stable, reduce the impact to the secondary column. Improve the regeneration cost is only 55% of that in the traditional process, has a softening of low cost, simplify operation, convenient management.
