Mooring Jiang Haizi coal mine 113101 working face in Inner Mongolia and auxiliary transport gateway as the engineering background,based on the soft rock engineering related theory analysis,numerical simulation and field practice,the weak bonding in water softening coal roadway surrounding rock failure mechanism analysis,the optimized support scheme is put forward.Through the analysis of the weak bonding with water softening mechanism of coal roadway bolting,establish a simplified mechanical model of roadway roof,calculates that the weak bonding in the stratification of the water softening water softening roof strata under water after the elastic modulus of the youngest,deflection,the biggest under load at the same time,including most likely to encounter water softening strata deformation and abscission layer,the stress analysis was carried out on the roof,the maximum deflection is located in the middle position of roadway,roadway roof subsidence biggest Central Line position.To measured it is concluded that the base position of roadway surrounding rock loose circle of loose circle scope biggest,this is because the roof water accumulation in the base of roadway influenced by the gravity,dilatancy deformation after surrounding rock under water,and water of the weak bonding met water softening which have influence on the physical,chemical,and mechanical coal roadway.For weak bond in water softening coal roadway surrounding rock control principle is presented and the mechanism of the optimized support scheme,by FLAC simulation software analyzed the stress state of surrounding rock under different support parameters and cross section shape and surface displacement of surrounding rock,validate the rationality of the optimized support scheme.Collected through application in the engineering practice,the analysis of the two supporting scheme in the roadway drivage and mining face,the auxiliary transport gateway roof and floor with two nearer the amount of help,and to peep of roof rock,validation,the deformation and failure of roof under two kinds of schemes,through the comparative analysis to optimize the supporting scheme has obtained the good engineering effects in practice,for the other similar roof conditions of roadway support provides valuable advice.
